Lendrum Short Story Competition

This summer community volunteers initiated a youth story writing competition. There were limited entries to the competition.

A thirteen-year old Lendrum resident submitted a well written fictional story that will definitely spark conversation, as all thoughtful stories do. The story tackles the topic of neighbourhood development and change. A heated issue with opposing perspectives.

This story does not reflect the opinion of the Lendrum Community League Board nor the volunteers. The League strives to build connections between neighbours and remains non-partisan.
