Beach Volleyball Community Meeting
Lendrum is a vibrant community with a well-used park where many activities take place. Outdoor beach volleyball has made important contributions to the activities and identity of the Lendrum community for over 25 years—and as the sport continues to grow, we’re also hearing some concerns from nearby neighbours about noise and court use.
The Community League is hosting a solution-focused community meeting to discuss these concerns and identify practical strategies that support both:
· a healthy, active community with well-used amenities, and
· a respectful experience for all Lendrum neighbours
What we’re aiming to accomplish:
By the end of the meeting, we hope to agree on one or more strategies we can pilot (trial and assess) this season, along with a clear plan for follow-up.
Who should attend:
This meeting is for community members, including neighbours who have concerns, volleyball participants/organizers, and anyone who wants to be part of a balanced, respectful conversation.
Questions or input:
If you have questions in advance, please email volleyball@lendrum.org.
Thank you for showing up with a “friendly neighbour” mindset as we work toward solutions together.

Craft Group
The Lendrum Crafters Group welcomes all residents and friends who enjoy doing handicrafts. We meet twice a month and share a potluck lunch at the hall. Bring a project to work on and/or completed projects to share.
Usually on the 2nd and 4th Monday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the Hall with the exception of Holiday Mondays.
