VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE ATHLETIC PARK, NATURAL & COMMON AREAS

Help keep the grounds on the Athletic Park at their best by lending a hand for a few hours here and there, or on a regular basis

EDMONTON LIFELONG LEARNERS ASSOCIATION (ELLA)

Every Spring, the Edmonton Lifelong Learners Association (ELLA) puts on a three week intensive learning opportunity for anyone over 50 years of age. It is a wonderful experience on the U of A campus, featuring excellent instructors, stimulating topics, opportunities for daily physical exercise, plenty of social interaction. ELLA "regulars" look forward to this entrance to Spring every year in early May!

VOLUNTEER AT THE TELUS WORLD OF SCIENCE

Choose from Visitor Hospitality Hosts, School Program Hosts, Birthday Party Hosts, Assistant School Program Leader, "The Science Garage" Workshop Assistant, Gallery Guide and Interpreter, Robotics Lab Attendant, Assistant Observatory Attendant and Assistant Camp Leader (ACL) - Summer Camp Placement

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age with Grade 9 Science. Volunteer staff are requested to commit to one, 3-5 hour shift per week over a period of three months, or the equivalent of 40 hours.Shifts for these positions are available on weekends, weekdays and evenings.
