Canada Day Criterium

On July 1st, the Juventus Cycling Club and the Lendrum Community League host the Canada Day Criterium. It is an Alberta Bicycle Association sanctioned bike race, for Amateur Provincial Racers, that takes place on the streets of Lendrum surrounding Lendrum Park.

For our Lendrum community, it's a time to enjoy Canada Day with our neighbors and to experience the excitment of a real bike racing environment.
A BBQ and Beer Garden will take place, with funds raised going to support the Lendrum Community League
There will also be a bike race for all the neighbourhood kids.

Road Closures: The roads around the Lendrum Athletic Park and on the race route will be closed to all traffic at this time. If you need to cross the course during the day, a volunteer will let you know when it is safe and assist you.

If you are directly affected by the course, you will receive a notice in your mailbox. Please note all residents have access to the alley behind their house if the front of their house is on the course.

No parking is allowed on the race course. Thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation during this event.
